How to cook

Making it simpler for you, while keeping the timeless tradition alive.

1.
Always wash and rinse the pack before using the batter.
2.
Open the pack and add salt if required; the batter is mildly salted.
3.
For soft idlis; just stir, scoop, and pour the batter into the steamer.
4.
For dosas; you can dilute the batter with water, as much you prefer.
5.
Stir the batter before spreading it on the pan for delightful dosas.
6.
Lastly, enjoy hot with your preferred accompaniment.

Storage: Refrigerate at 0-5°C. Bring back to room temperature before using.
